The premiere and benefit performance of MUJERES will take place Saturday, April 18 at 7:00 PM in the Performance Hall at the Reva & David Logan Center for the Arts at the University of Chicago, located at 915 E. 60th Street. Free parking available in adjacent lot.
Sponsors at the $1,000+ level are invited to a pre-show Sponsor Circle at 5:00 PM in the Logan Center Penthouse, with light food and beverages served. Sponsors at the $300 level will be invited to the DJ afterparty.
About MUJERES
M U J E R E S is PARA.MAR Dance Theatre’s first full-length ballet, choreographed by founder and director Stephanie Martinez and inspired by the Locas Mujeres poems of Chilean Nobel Laureate Gabriela Mistral.
Through evocative movement and an expansive visual landscape, the work embodies a search for identity, resilience, longing, and belonging.
